This traditional ranch-style bungalow was recently updated with plenty of charm.  With bamboo flooring throughout and beautifully plastered walls this bungalow creates a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation.   A perfect blend of Palm Springs nostalgia and cottage chic with contemporary décor was professionally created for a relaxing and fun environment.  The galley kitchen features wood-crafted cabinets, complimentary stone counters, and stainless steel appliances to entice any gourmet cook to create culinary art.   The kitchen opens onto a cozy dining nook and includes French door access to the outdoor patio grilling and al fresco dining.  

The living space is airy and provides warmth and ambience with a traditional fireplace and comfortable seating to enjoy the modern amenities such as the flat screen TV with DVD and CD player. The full sized convertable sofa bed is perfect for any additional guests.   

The sleeping quarters at opposite ends of the living space is perfect for two couples to share giving each room intimacy.  The master bedroom has luxurious appointments in a cottage chic décor and includes an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity. The guest bedroom is equally charming.  Both bedrooms include LCD TV’s with DVD players and Ipod dock.

This bungalow’s charm really begins in the front of the home with a kidney shaped pool and spa to enjoy the breathtaking mountain views.  There is a hammock under the trees for lounging, reading, or sleeping.   Guest can also enjoy the traditional porch along the home sitting in the bistro table for morning coffee or a glass of wine.  The hanging basket-chairs are perfect for conversation.  Guests are sure to relax in many different options in this cozy bungalow.  

The home is in a prime neighborhood on a quiet residential street sheltered from the north winds.  Two blocks away is Ruth Hardy Park amidst the original estate homes of the historic Movie Colony, and near the Desert Regional Medical Center.  The park features plenty of mature trees and open grass fields with a playground for children, beach volleyball, basketball court, and tennis courts with night lighting.  This is a great neighborhood for morning walks, enjoying the many architectural styles of homes from mid-century, modern, to Spanish revival.  Night life, great restaurants, spas, shopping, and golf courses are just minutes away.

Additional Fees

RESERVATION DEPOSIT BINDS: $500 and up, converts to a security deposit upon arrival. Security Deposit is refunded in a timely manner minus the utility fee.

Utility Fee: includes gas & electrical charges incurred based on actual usage.

City of Palm Springs TOT tax: 11.5% of the total rental rate, cleaning fees, pet fees and utilities. No tax on stays over 28 days.

Cleaning Fee: $195, regardless of how many guests or how long you stay*

*Mid-stay Cleaning fee: Monthly Guests are required to have 2 cleanings per month. Average mid-stay cleaning fee is $100-$200.

WOOF-WOOF Pet Fee:  $150/dog. We gladly accept well-mannered dogs under 50 lbs. Sorry kitty, kitty...no Cats allowed :(
