Utility Fee: Flat rate $45/day [Includes pool & spa heating during shoulder/peak]

City of Palm Springs TOT tax: 11.5% of the total rental rate, cleaning fees,  and utilities. No tax on stays over 28 days.

Cleaning Fee: $225, regardless of how many guests or how long you stay*

*Mid-stay Cleaning fee: Monthly Guests are required to have 2 cleanings per month. Average mid-stay cleaning fee is $100-$200.
