vacation rental description
Barrero Beach House is a two level house with 2 bedrooms and one bath upstairs and three bedrooms and one bathroom down. The property is located right on one of the nicest beaches in Rincon. It is a beach house in every sense of the word as you step out the back directly on to the beach. The only neighbors you will have is a Catholic Chapel and a small fishing co-op village on the South side. There are no other vacation rentals in the area and it is located in a very unique puertorrican neighborhood. For a truely Puerto Rican vacation this is the place with a beach colmado (small store) one block down the road with $1.25 cold medalla beers and fried meat pies (empanadillas). Each apartment has it's own BBQ and there is a washing machine, the yard is fully fenced. One guest said it was like camping on the beach in a house. You can buy fish and lobsters directly from the fishermen next door when they come in the afternoon.
Both units can be rented together at a discount rate. Each unit is rented at the same price, individually.
