Welcome to the House of Palms.  Located at 225 Delmar on Fort Myers Beach, you’ll love the proximity of this home to all the activities on the island.  It’s conveniently located close to the beach, many shops, restaurants, and groceries.  Catch the trolley into Times Square or walk there in less than 10 minutes.   The beach is just a short 1-2 minute walk from the house.  Once there you’ll find seven miles of white sugar sand to enjoy.

We offer full concierge service, daily housekeeping and turn down services for those who want a truly relaxing vacation.  Let us know how our concierge can assist you.  We can arrange for special occasion items to be waiting for you, or that special someone in your party, upon your arrival.  Groceries, fresh fruit baskets, floral arrangements, limo/dinner packages, an in house massage, are all things that we can arrange for you to make your vacation ultra special.  Do you need a crib or high chair for a little one?  Kayaks to explore Estero Bay with?  Golf clubs so you don’t have to bring yours?  Let us know.  We offer a full rental department for those “extra” items that you may need or don’t want to bring with you.  Everything is delivered to you for your arrival and picked up on the day of your departure.  So you can relax on your vacation in paradise.

Enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida where you can swim with dolphins and manatees or search for shells and sand dollars.  Charter boats, jet ski’s and parasailing rentals are within walking distance.  Enjoy a day or night out on the Casino boat or take the Key West Ferry for a day adventure to Key West.  Catch some of the local artists at one of the many beach bars, enjoy great restaurants and fantastic shopping.  Looking for something to do after the beach?  There are numerous golf courses, mini golf, frisbee golf, libraries, a movie theater, water park, and much, much more.  Further out you can enjoy museums, the Shell Factory, the Imaginarium, Calusa Nature Center, Naples Zoo, or an Everglades Airboat or Swamp Buggy adventure.

Off Season – $700-$800.00/week, $2450-$2800/month

Peak Season – $1000-$1700/week, $3500-$5250/month

Add a $40 nonrefundable booking fee and a $50 damage waiver fee, $95 clean fee, and 11% tax to the above rates.  Rates include all utilities.  All stays over four weeks include a bi-weekly maid service.  Arrival/departure days of the week are flexible to fit your vacation schedule.
