court. This five bedroom, 4 bath home is 3,400 sq.ft. It is on a
wooded lot that backs up to a scenic lagoon.  All rooms have a lagoon
view.

It is only a block from the beach and  and near the twelfth green at
Cougar Point. It has the following amenities:

    * Two Master Bedroom Suites with king-size beds. One suite is    
        upstairs and one suite is downstairs.
    * Two Bedrooms each with two twin-size beds.
    * One Bedroom with one queen-size bed.
    * Lovely sunroom with 180 degree views.
    * Wonderful deck for enjoying palm and oak forested lot.
    * Eat-in kitchen near family room with fireplace.
    * Spacious living and dining areas.
