Our unit is on the quiet side of the complex. Photo shown is from the master bedroom looking toward the beach and surf. Wake up in the master bedroom to the sound of surf and an ocean view. Guest bedroom (decoratively painted) views intercoastal waterways, also visible from the private terrace.  Great sunsets from the terrace.  Walk out your front door, walk a few feet to the condos private boardwalk over the dune, down the steps or ramp and onto the beach. Watch your children play on the large lawn from the terrace. Ride a bike at low tide.  Many permanent residents.

 Visit the Old City of St. Augustine. Relax & enjoy.

Monthly 1880 + tax 169.20  + cleaning 79.50 (includes tax)

Deposit of $250. Of this $220 is a refundable security deposit and $30 is a non-refundable processing fee, kept by the office.
