Situated in a prime location away from the noise and bustle, our home is less than 10 minutes from the magic of Disney, Epcot and MGM, 20 minutes from Universal Studios, and less than 60 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Clearwater and St. Petersburg.   In fact, it is close enough to the attraction to return for lunch, take a rest before returning for the evening entertainment. Several golf resorts are also close by.

The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.  The great room and master bedroom have cathedral ceilings.  The master bedroom has a king bed, ceiling high walk-in closet and cable TV.  There is a very large ensuite bathroom with huge shower enclosure, Roman tub and 'his & her' wash basins. 

All rooms are centrally air-conditioned and have ceiling fans.  The second and third bedrooms have twin beds that can be combined if needed.  Everything is tastefully furnished with Florida flair and waiting just for you.  An unassembled crib is also avaiable.

Amenities include cable TV, DVD/VCR, A/C, Washer/Dryer and fully fitted large Eat-in-kitchen.  Smoke alarms, fire extinguisher and emergency lights are all there.  Ample towels and linens are provided.

The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, over-the-range microwave, ice-maker  refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, all cutlery/crockery, pots & pans and other kitchen gadgets.  If you don’t feel like cooking, drive to the excellent new super markets and restaurants within 1 mile.

The patio door from the Great room opens to the large 31’x15’ private screened pool,  and the large rear garden is fully-fenced-in for your total privacy.

"Robbins Rest" is located next to the biggest developments taking place in central Florida.  Apart from the numerous attractions, some of the best golf resorts are very  close by.

The attractions are too many to mention.  New ones are coming up every so often.    There is something for all ages.

The area is surrounded by several small natural lakes and base ball city is within 5 miles away.  Celebration city is within a few miles.  The I-4 entrance is just over a mile away.  This major highway links Daytona Beach at one end with Tampa/Clearwater beach at the other end.

Mid Season (May/June/Sept/Oct) $79 per night
High Season (July/Aug plus Easter, XMAS) $89-$99 per night.  

Payments can be accepted in US dollars, and pounds sterling as well.

and "no pets" restriction.
