Welcome to 'Hale Kea O' Kona', the White House of Kona. This Hawaiian plantation style home is perfect for all your vacationing needs! Centrally located one short block off the ocean, this home is walking distance to both famous Magic Sands Beach and Kahaluu Beach Park.
Enjoy your retreat with it's 6 private bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. No need to share. Standard set up (2 kings, 2 queens, and 4 twins) can be changed for 8 twins (replace two larger beds) for groups with more individuals than couples. There are several dining options as well for gathering: an interior dining room, exterior lanai facing the ocean, a covered lanai adjacent to the kitchen, and private backyard deck with BBQ, loungers, seating, and POOL! To satisfy your culinary desires, this home boasts two separate kitchens, stocked with the instruments you need to make the perfect island meal. Downstairs bedrooms also have mini-fridges and microwaves.
Wireless internet is provided for those who need to stay connected with the outside world. Enjoy the spacious seating in the living room for games, TV, movies, and gathering.
Your island paradise is tropically decorated with whimsical touches sure to bring a smile to your face. Beautiful grounds with private courtyard and garden are meant to be enjoyed. There are many places on the property to sit back and relax; either privately or with your friends and family.
Walk to one of the islands favorite restaurants: the oceanfront Jameson's. Jameson's is adjacent to Magic Sands Beach, or Laaloa State Park. Well-known for it's pounding waves, boogey-boarding, and seasonal 'disappearing sands', it's a beach not to miss. Another short walk away is Kona's best snorkeling spot: Kahaluu Beach Park. Great for beginners and experienced snorkelers, there are a plethora of fish and turtles to see. Gentle waves on the far side are great for easy surfing, with a surf shop across the street if you need lessons.
