Recently contructed in 2007, this home is just steps from the beach with Gulf views from the porch and observation tower.  Large living space and bedrooms with plenty of privacy as each of the three suites includes its own bathroom and access to private porches.  After a short walk to the village or on the beach, enjoy a dip in the salt water pool.  Expansive porches, open living area, large windows and sliding glass doors allows maximum enjoyment of the outdoors.  Large playroom downstairs for children, inlcuding bunk beds.

Large saltwater pool is heated.  If it is cool outside, enjoy a fire in the fireplace that is central in the gathering room.  Public lighted tennis courts two streets away.  Wireless internet.  Community Center nearby with workout facilities and basketball court.
