Year Round Rental. Located a one minute walk from the Worlds 6th Most Beautiful Lake. Perfect for those who enjoy boating, snowmobiling and hunting! Fully Furnished with complete kitchen, bedding and towels. (You will want to bring own beach towels.) Just recently remodeled with cathedral ceiling and fireplace. Two bedrooms one with Queen Bed and the second with single bunks. Screened in Porch has sleeper couch and blow up mattress with frame for additional sleeping space can be set up in living room. (Maximum 8 ppl in house/porch)
Indoor storage for ORV owners.
The road end dock is located just around the corner which makes it VERY CONVENIENT for the loading and unloading of passengers on a boat.
SNOWMOBILERS: The trail head is just minutes away and seconds from the lake. Houghton Lake trail is just around the corner. EASY ACCESS FOR SLEDS!
ICEFISHERMEN: Access to lake is 1 minute away. 2011 Season was booked solid and fishermen CAUGHT THE FISH!
The back yard is of ample size for tents. Snowmobiles can turn around in yard.
A small secured shed is also available for that 'extra gear' and empty suitcases!

Weekly Rates $800 per week. Based on occupancy of 6 people. (After Labor Day Weekend-April)
Weekly Rates $1050 per week. (May - Labor Day Weekend)
Check In/Out: Saturday to Saturday unless previous arrangements made in advance. Arrival/Departure times will be made on an individual basis.
Daily Rates $125 per night. Two night minimum stay required. (September- April)
Daily Rates $150.00 per night Four night minimum stay (May - Labor Day Weekend)
Deposit of One half of rental due 30 days (summer rentals) in advance to confirm dates (non-refundable if cancellation)--Balance Due in Full One Week Prior to Arrival for winter rentals. If booking last minute, call for deposit details.
$50 Non-refundable cleaning/laundry Fee Due with Deposit
$75 Pet Deposits- Non-Refundable and are based on specific pet approval.
Security Deposit of $200 for Weekly Rentals. Daily Rentals (2+nights) $100
Refunded no later than 7 days from checkout. Most are paid at time of departure
