Year Round Rental.  Located a one minute walk from the Worlds 6th Most Beautiful Lake.  Perfect for those who enjoy boating, snowmobiling and hunting!  Fully Furnished with complete kitchen, bedding and towels.  Just recently remodeled with cathedral ceiling and fireplace.  Two bedrooms one with Queen Bed and the second with single bunks.  Screened in Porch has sleeper couch and blow up mattress with frame for additional sleeping space can be set up in living room.  

Because we are lake front owners, we are able to offer you a boat hoist for those who bring a boat (additional charge) and indoor storage for ORV's.

The road end dock is located next to our private dock which makes it VERY CONVENIENT for the loading and unloading of passengers on the boat.

SNOWMOBILERS:   The trail head is just minutes away and seconds from the lake.  Houghton Lake trail is just around the corner.  EASY ACCESS FOR SLEDS!

The back yard is of ample size for tents. Snowmobile turn around in yard.

A small secured shed is also available for that 'extra gear' and empty suitcases!

Weekly Rates $725 per week.  Based on occupancy of 6 people.   (After Labor Day Weekend-April)

Weekly Rates $800 per week.  (May - Labor Day Weekend)

Check In/Out:  Saturday to Saturday unless previous arrangements made in advance.  Arrival/Departure times will be made on an individual basis.

Daily Rates $100 per night. Two night minimum stay required. (September- April)

Deposit of One half of rental due 30 days in advance to confirm dates--Balance Due in Full One Week Prior to Arrival.  If booking last minute, call for deposit details.

$50 Non-refundable cleaning/laundry Fee Due with Deposit

Pet Deposits- Non-Refundable and are based on specific pet approval.

Security Deposit of $200 for Weekly Rentals.  Daily Rentals (2 nights) $50

Both security deposits are to be made in cash and will be returned to you in cash after inspection of check outs on final day.
