Need a place to relax and unwind?  Or are you a corporate client who wants a quiet and comfortable work location?  This condo is for you! 

This one bedroom - one bath unit is located on the Seawall in Galveston with a fantastic view of the gulf.  Relax on our balcony with a book or a drink and enjoy the ocean view.  Bring your binoculars to view pelicans flying by or dolphins jumping in the waves.

Our unit  is located close to Moody gardens, restaurants, entertainment and shopping.  Walk across the street to jog or bike on the Seawall.  The beach is only blocks away from our front door.

The unit sleeps 4 people and is outfitted with a queen bed and a new queen sleeper sofa.  There is a full kitchen, tv/vcr/dvd, and wireless internet.  We have a small library in the unit.  The building has excellent parking, a private pool, and laundry facilities (on the first floor).  The parking lot is gated and the building has 24 hour security staff.

Moody Gardens, shopping, the Strand, beaches, reataurants and entertainment are nearby.

Per night rate:   Sept - May  $90-$110   (2 night minimum)

Add a $70 Cleaning Fee to all rentals.  Rentals less than 30 days require 15% hotel tax.

 Half of the rental fee is due at the time of booking while the balance is due one week before arrival.  

 We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover as payment for this unit.
