Famous Briny Breezes Mobile Home Park. This mobile home is steps from the intracoastal waterway and a short walk to the beach. Briny Breezes is nestled between the ocean & intracoastal waterway. It is conveniently located to every amenity, yet it provides tranquil, secure island living. Our Unit is in a very quiet part of the park. Enjoy the heated pool, the beach, the ocean view club house or the many other amenities Briny Breezes provides (Billiards, fitness center, hobby club, art club, shuffleboard, etc...)

This mobile home is spacious. It has one bedroom with a full size bed. There is an additional single bed located in another room. The home is tiled and carpeted throughout. The price includes cable TV and water. It also comes fully furnished; you need only your toothbrush, sandals and beach attire. The monthly fee includes all of the activities Briny Breezes offers. Spend a weekend evening at Cabaret--a social gathering of folks who dance and, perhaps, partake in a little libation with like-minded people at the community beach club house, located adjacent to the Atlantic Ocean. If you're an artist, you may be interested in joining the "Briny Art League." Located in one of the smaller quonset huts on the community property, the art league creates and displays their work--some quite exceptional--watercolors, oils and acrylics--; I am member, and every year, my collegues and I put on a Briny Breezes exhibit where people come from all around to view and/or purchase our unique works in variety of styles. There are many activities one may participate in. Swimming in the pool or ocean, fishing on the beach or on the intracoastal waterway.. Or maybe, your time would be better served relaxing on the beach under the tiki with a good book. Whatever it is, you'll find it in Briny Breezes.
