An easy walk to the festive Jardin and the Parroquia where you'll find all the charm and enchantment of old Spanish-Colonial San Miguel, coupled with wonderful modern restaurants, art galleries, art schools and shops.

Casa Orleans is just 1 block to a Juarez Park where you can stroll beneath arching trees. The Instituto Allende is only 3 blocks, which have lectures, and offer classes in art, language and crafts.

One of the highlights of Casa ORLEANS is the gorgeous, colorfully landscaped rooftop terrace, complete with an alfresco dining area, with designer table, chairs and 2 chaise lounges.

This rooftop terrace offers dramatic 360 degree views of the surrounding gardens, the Parroquia, the Church of San Francisco and various other Historic buildings downtown.

The city views at sunset, and the (illuminated) Churches of San Miguel at night, create a mesmerizing vista. The terrace is a perfect place to read, relax, sip a margarita or watch the birds fly in formation on their way to the Jardin Botanico.

The Master bedroom has an artist designed King Size Sleigh bed, with (ample) Built-In closets, stereo system, and its own (double) Jacuzzi bath.  The 20 foot boveda ceilings in the Bedroom & Bath, were specially created by a master craftsman.

There are glass French doors leading from the Bedroom to a plant-screened, sunny terrace, where you can watch butterflies and birds fluttering amongst the bugambilias.

The spacious GUEST ROOM can comfortably accommodate two additional people. 

The unique custom designed Office / Study is adjacent to the Bedroom and may be used as an quiet sitting area where you can read, relax or email friends and family.

This Office area, has a wall of large glass French doors overlooking the entrance courtyard, and flowing fountain. Open the large French Doors for a true Indoor/Outdoor Feel.

RENTAL TERMS: Casa Orleans is the premium apartment in the building. However, if you wish to pay less for your accommodations, (and still have an excellent location to the Jardin), then please contact me and consider one of my two adorable on-site Casitas.

I have VERY Flexible Rental Rates for my two On-Site Casitas:  My Rental Policy is Unique. I leave the rental cost up to you.  

You tell me what your travel budget will allow for your accommodation and I will try my best to make my Casitas affordable and within your travel budget.
