Very Comfortable Solar Heated Pool Home located just southeast of Tampa in a Golf community. Conveniently located to Interstate 75. 30-40 minutes from airports (Tampa and Sarasota).
This home is fully furnished, well equipped, and all linens including beach/pool towels are supplied. 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom home: Master bedroom suite has a Queen size bed, large walk-in closet, TV, and own private bath with a garden tub, 2nd & 3rd bedrooms have full size beds, one of these bedrooms does have a TV. A Portable Crib, and 3 additional beds are available; 2 inflatable twin size beds, and a Queen size inflatable bed. Kitchen is fully equipped. Gas Grill on the lanai, lounge chairs and table and chairs are also on the Lanai. Living room, Dining room, and a Family room with a NEW 50" plasma TV, DVD player and Fireplace.
