The living room is spacious, 32 inch TV with DVD & VCR, (TV can swivel for bedroom viewing)  stereo with IPod dock, sofa bed if needed.

The bedroom has a deluxe pillowtop queensize bed, and a pillowtop fullsize bed. A triple sliding door closes off the bedroom when required.

The bathroom has vanity area with lots of storage, separate toilet and acrylic tub/shower.Linens and towels are provided.Iron, vacuum.

6th Floor Recreation Deck is complete with fenced heated pool, 2 hot tubs, golf putting green, tennis & basketball court, shaded areas, children's playground, gas BBQ's, dining tables, bathrooms, showers, sauna, and Sam's Shack offering plate lunches/dinners, snacks & drinks.

Main Floor Lobby is inviting as a sitting/waiting area, and provides full concierge service for all recreation inquiries/needs. ATM machine. Taxi's are always available in lobby driveway. It also is home to the new Banyan Breeze Coffee Shop open 6am-8pm. (Computer/Internet rental, Breakfasts, Sandwiches, Deserts) A small Grocery Mart includes many staples, novelties and alcohol beverages open 7am-11pm. Bathrooms, and payphones as available here as well. Bus stop is at corner of building - for those wanting air conditioned travel to close or far away destinations.

Laundry  Coin operated (2.00/quarters) washer and dryer are availalable on each floor

Parkade  Covered parking free of charge with provided parking pass, guests may park for an hourly fee paid to the attendant.

Our rates are $120 US dollars per night. (Min 7 night) Preferred method of payment is money order, bank draft, or cheque. Visa or Mastercard may be used for additional (minimal) charge.
A damage deposit "may be" required through Visa or Mastercard prior to arrival, refunded on departure.              
There is no cleaning/checkout fee as we are sure you will respectfully look  after and take care of our home away from home.
