A king size bed is found in the master bedroom and two full size beds in the second bedroom. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room.

The Hamilton House complex is located on a white, sugar sand beach in Indian Rocks Beach. This condo is conveniently located between Clearwater and St. Pete Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Stay in your home way from home in this fully furnished and fully equipped condo.

Many fine restaurants, shopping, and attractions are nearby. This vacation condo is a short driving distance to Busch Gardens, Walt Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, and Ybor City. Public transportation is available from the front of the complex.

7 nights minimum stay required.  Rates quoted are for 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo.  A departure fee is required with each reservation.  All rates subject to tax and change without notice.  Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a US $200 advance deposit.  Deposits are due within 14 days of making your reservation.  Remaining balance is due upon arrival.  Refund requests must be received in writing 30 days prior to arrival date.  The cancellation fee is 20% received of deposit received up to 30 days prior to arrival, afterwhich deposit is forfeited.
