Perfect for someone who wants a beach getaway, a couple who wants time to themselves or a family looking for fun off the beaten path. The villa has tile floors throughout, a fully equiped kitchen, and a living area with a large comfy wrap around couch(with pull out bed). The bathroom is large with a newly built walk-in shower. The bedroom is large and has 2 queen sized beds. The villa shares a  back garden area with the main house (which is occupied by the care taker) along with a black bottom swimming pool designed to look like a pond. One short block to the beach, this is your private retreat. Also included are two courtyards with patio furniture and an extra driveway for your boat. The ocean is to the front, just one short block away and a boat ramp located in a beautiful picnic park is to the west across A1A on the Intracoastal waterway. 

Swimming pool (12' x 25'), Wireless high speed internet, 32"satelite TV, DVD, alarm clock radio, iron/ironing board, front and back courtyards, central air & heat, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, electric stove & oven, garbage disposal, fully equiped kitchen, linens & towels provided, two queen sized beds, one full sized sleeper sofa, phone, indoor & outdoor showers, driveway parking for one vehicle. Available for rent: extra vehicle or boat parking area. Located on an environmentally protected beach duned area.

$200 pet fee (pets must get along with other pets please)
