4bedrooms/3baths Gulfside, private heated pool, hot tub, in Pensacola Beach

This 3,000 sq ft  four year old million dollar plus house is Gulfside with a beautiful Gulf view. No streets to cross to get to the beach. It is only 100 feet from our front door to the wooden walkover, which leads to the white sandy beach. This house has an elevator for your use. If you wish to use the elevator, you must sign a waiver releasing us from any liability and you will be responsible for any damage. No minor child shall be allowed to operate the elevator.

The first floor contains two garages for parking and entrance to the heated private swimming pool. The pool is enclosed with a six foot privacy fence and the only entrance to the pool is through the garage. The gunnite pool is 12 ft wide by 28 ft long, with a depth of 3 ft to 5 ft. It has walk in steps at one end and a swim out ledge at the other end. We provide floats, chairs and towels. There is a refrigerator in the pool area for refreshments.

The second floor has a large master bedroom with a king size bed, a queen size sofa sleeper. This room has tray ceilings with a ceiling fan. It has a tv and DVD. The adjacent master bath has a six jet whirlpool tub, a separate shower, a nine foot  vanity for her and a five foot vanity for him.  Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and a full size bed, with tv  and ceiling fan. Bedroom  #3 has a queen size bed, tv and a ceiling fan. The hall bath, which services these bedrooms, has a whirlpool tub and shower

The third floor has a large covered outside porch with chairs, table,  and a gas grill. There is a great view of the beach. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric stove top, electric convection oven, microwave, 28 cu ft double door refrigerator, dishwasher. All kitchen cabinets are solid cherry wood and the counter top is marble. There is also a small refrigerator  for extra drinks, etc. The fourth bedroom has a queen size bed and also has high speed internet service and a ceiling fan. The hall bathroom services this bedroom and has a glass enclosed shower. The dining room has an eight foot table that opens to 12 foot with eight chairs. There is a separate table with four chairs for the "kids". The living room has a four piece leather sofa with two built in recliner chairs. The 64 inch television is surrounded by an entertainment center with DVD. The cable service includes  premium movie channels.

The fourth floor  600 sq ft deck has a six person hot tub. There are chaise lounges and deck chairs. There is a small refrigerator for your cold drinks. You can watch the sunset while sitting in the hot tub. There is a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico and Santa Rosa Sound.

We supply beach chairs, floats, boogie boards, umbrellas, cooler and sand toys for the children. We also have a beach wagon to take your things to the beach. The house is located within walking distance to the famaous Peg Leg Pete's Restaurant and only a mile walk to the Boardwalk area. The bike path runs the length of the beach. A free trolly runs up and down the beach every 20 minutes from May to September.

Available starting on May 5, 2012 on a weekly basis until August 18, 2012

$2,995.00 plus 11.5 % tax and a  $150.00 cleaning fee

$500.00 refundable damage deposit

We accept personal checks and certified checks

Rates after August 18,2012 to October 20, 2012 - $2495 per week plus tax and cleaning

Rental customer must be 25 years of age or older. We rent to families only. Rentals are3 from Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is 3 p.m. and check out time is 10 a.m. NO PETS AND NO SMOKING. If evidence of either your deposit will be forfeited. The number of persons in the home at anytime is restricted to the number mutually agreed upon in the confirmation of deposit contract. Your deposit will be forfeited if this number is exceeded.

DEPOSIT:  1/2 weekly rent is required to confirm your reservation and the remaining to be paid no later than 30 days prior to your arrival date.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS:  If the reservation is cancelled 30 days, or more, prior to arrival date, we will attempt to re-rent the property and if successful, we will refund your reservation deposit. If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date, we will attempt to re-rent the property and if successful, we will refund your payments, less a $250 handling fee.
