In season - (Dec Jan Feb Mar) $2500/Month includes utilities, $100 cap on electric (Landlord Pays first $100) open months for 2010 season is Dwc, & Jan available April 2010 available on monthly, or an annual lease, short terms are welcome.

Off season (May Thru Nov) $1295/Month 

All rentals under a six month period is subject to 11.5% Florida State Tax.

Exit cleaning fee $100

Security deposit required shall be based on the length of stay and terms of the Lease.
