Just bring your toothbrush! all appliances including microwave,  central vacuum system.  Separate Laundry room with Maytag washer and dryer, master bath suite with separate shower, walkin closet. King size bed in the master bedroom and Queen bed in the guest bedroom, each bedroom has it's own bathroom, and a split bedroom plan. Large Plasma television and DVD player.   in family area, each bedroom has a TV.  Even an outside Barbecue!  Internet service is included. 

Community pool, lighted tennis courts, community room, exercise facility.  Public Golf Course just up the road from the home.

In season - (Dec Jan , Feb,  Mar, Apr) $2800/Month includes utilities, $100 cap on electric (Landlord Pays first $100)  3 month minimum stay. Any combination of months.All rentals under a six month period is subject to 10.5% Florida State Tax.

Exit cleaning fee $100

Security deposit required shall be based on the length of stay and terms of the Lease.  Security deposit is fully refundable at the end of the Lease term. $1,000 reservation deposit is required and shall be held in escrow until the day of occupancy.
