My family loved the clean, spacious, and comfortable home. It was perfect for our stay in Vero Beach. We could easily go to the grocery store, the beach, or the restaurants. My teens enjoyed the pool, the ping pong, and the swimming at the Club house. My husband enjoyed runnning laps evey morning around the safe and secure neighborhood.
I totally loved the electic decor, convienant washer and dryer and the the fact that everything I needed was there to use. With the master suite seperate from the other two rooms we had relaxing nights.
Bob was great to work with. We communicated by email and everyhting was superb! Thank you Bob for a great vacation. We would reccommend this home to everyone.

Serenoa home in gated community

We rented this home March & April 2010 & 2011. This is a custom built home in a nice small gated community with a nice club house and pool. The pool is not heated which the owner advertised as heated. The home was nicely furnished but lacking good amenties, poor quality linens, towels, kitchen accessories. The first year the property was clean the second year the home was a disappointment in that area. The owner seems to have a problem paying the utility, water and phone bill because they were all shut off until he paid the bill. He is also very slow in returning your security deposit, had to remind him a few times. We did enjoy the location of the home close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. We would not recommend this property to a friend.

It seems odd to me that anyone so unhappy would return for a second time.I extended the renters the courtesy of checking in late 2010 of their intentions of the 2011 rental season before renting to someone else.The renter asked us for some additional items for the 2011 rental and I said to please send a list.I received the list and my wife and I purchased everything except for a larger T.V.for the Master Bedroom and did some extensive landscaping which they did not request.
Less than 15 days prior to their arrival I was called and told they would not be down for March 1st due to some health issues and would keep us posted about April.Under the circumstances we could not rent the property because of the uncertainty.Our contract clearly states and signed by the renters, that all balances must be paid 30 days prior to arrival, which it was, and are "NOT" refundable after that time.
I received a call in early May 2011 that they would like a refund for March 2011 using,utilities,cleanliness,etc.as the support.I told them I would return their security and give their request some thought.After speaking with my wife our intention was to offer them April 2012 for 1/2 price but I guess we will not have the opportunity to do so.Also,we supply a professional cleaning service upon the departure of our renters and all other renters have been more than happy with what we supply.I do admit that due to my own health issues that a utility bill slipped by but was taken care of in a timely fashion.
Our home is beautiful,the builder of the community has often used it to show to prospective buyers when available,all renters seemed to be satisfied with the contents of the home and we have received many e-mails and thank you's for the opportunity to vacation there.
I am sure all future renters will be happy to stay in our home and enjoy all Vero Beach has to offer.If anyone has questions or concerns before you move forward,I look forward to speaking with you.
