Beautiful 3 Bedroom Home in Gated Community in Vero Beach

This is a wonderfully built and prepared home in a peaceful and quiet gated community that is removed from the hustle and bustle. As this was our first extended visit to Florida, we were hopeful that our month long stay would prove the ultimate in warm weather living. Our expectations were met and then some. the home is creatively and tastefully furnished and was exceptionally clean. There was plenty of space and we particularly enjoyed the separate seating areas of the home that allowed for private time. All the beds were even made when we arrived. Linen is in good supply. All the amenities necessary were also found in good supply. The only thing missing was a DVD or CD player but was easily solved with portable units we brought with us. The photos on the site were indeed accurate and the owner was a joy to deal with, very prompt in replies and seemed genuinely concerned that we would have a good experience. The location is central to most everything including wonderful beaches, restaurants, shopping and recreational activities such as the movie theater and Riverside Theater which has some outstanding live theater productions. It seemd that 15 minutes was the normal travel time to everything. The community clubhouse which has a pool and gameroom seemed to beckon but we never did use it. We would not hesitate to return and hope to do so again next year.

Loved the peaceful neighborhood!

My family loved the clean, spacious, and comfortable home. It was perfect for our stay in Vero Beach. We could easily go to the grocery store, the beach, or the restaurants. My teens enjoyed the pool, the ping pong, and the swimming at the Club house. My husband enjoyed runnning laps evey morning around the safe and secure neighborhood.
I totally loved the electic decor, convienant washer and dryer and the the fact that everything I needed was there to use. With the master suite seperate from the other two rooms we had relaxing nights.
Bob was great to work with. We communicated by email and everyhting was superb! Thank you Bob for a great vacation. We would reccommend this home to everyone.

Serenoa home in gated community

We rented this home March & April 2010 & 2011. This is a custom built home in a nice small gated community with a nice club house and pool. The pool is not heated which the owner advertised as heated. The home was nicely furnished but lacking good amenties, poor quality linens, towels, kitchen accessories. The first year the property was clean the second year the home was a disappointment in that area. The owner seems to have a problem paying the utility, water and phone bill because they were all shut off until he paid the bill. He is also very slow in returning your security deposit, had to remind him a few times. We did enjoy the location of the home close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. We would not recommend this property to a friend.
