To secure your reservation:
Security deposit required with a signed lease agreement (50% of
balance due minumim $500.00). This deposit is refunded within 1 week
of departure.

$300.00 pet deposit with a signed lease agreement. This deposit is
refunded within 1 week of departure assuming no damage is present to
the home or garden.


Cancellation Policy:

Security Deposit will be forfeited if cancellation is less than 30
days prior to arrival.
