  This home is in an exclusive neighborhood near the world class Boca Raton Club and Resort and Mizner Park. It is in a quiet neighborhood that is perfect for jogging and biking. There is golf galore including a course with an ocean view.  You will be close to the upscale Town Center Mall (Neiman Marcus, Saks, Bloomingdales, Macys, Nordstroms and the lively Blue Martini Bar).  Minutes away there are three grocery stores (Whole Foods, Greenwise.  Home is ideally located and convenient to exceptional shopping,
dining, fishing, golfing, snorkeling, boating, water sports. Mizner Park, the Boca Raton Club and Resort, Boca Raton's private beaches and charter boat fishing at the Deerfield Marina are within a short distance from the house.  
Walk or jog to the beach.
There are great coral reefs off the beach at Red Reef and South Beach Parks if you like snorkeling.
 Some of the best spots in Boca Raton to dine, have
a drink and relax are within a 5 minute drive.

Rates include: utilities (electricity up to $200.), cable TV, high speed Wireless internet

$100.00 cleaning fee required


To secure your reservation:
Security deposit required with a signed lease agreement ( minumim $500.00). This deposit is refunded within 1 week
of departure.

$300.00  pet deposit with a signed lease agreement.  This deposit is refunded within 1 week of departure if there is no damage to the home or garden.



Cancellation Policy:

Security Deposit will be forfeited if cancellation is less than 30
days prior to arrival.
