All rooms newly furnished, including fine art pieces like a shark glass table!You'll feel like your in a 5 star resort! Please no smoking or pets. Two separate driveways. High speed internet in both upstairs & downstairs. Central air conditioning in both, and fans in all but one bedroom.

Upstairs:two bedrooms, both queen size, one bathroom, large livingroom, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, icemaker, dishwasher, outdoor dining in spacious balcony all brand new, fully equipped with linens, towels, pots & pans, dishes, glasses, laundry room downstairs with 2 sets of washer/dryers. Jacuzzi,2 outdoor shower, 50ft sea wall boat dock. Gas barbeque grill, and hi speed internet.
Downstairs: two bedrooms, two bath (one master bedroom /queen size bed, with a master bathroom (en suite),second bedroom has a kingsize bed, there is a second bathroom, full kitchen with all appliances granite top counter, livingroom has a fullsize sofa sleeper that sleeps two. flat screen tvs in everyroom, cable, dvd player, stereos, outdoor dining area, with patios both in the front & back of the house, central airconditioning both upstairs & downstairs. Gas grill, 2 outdoor showers, and hi speed internet.

Restaurants within walking distance, Bahia Honda beach 15 minutes away, Looe Key snorkeling & diving attraction, miniature golfing 2 minutes away, Key West 30 minutes away, Dolphin boat marina across the highway if you need to rent a boat, or if you have a boat, there is a boat ramp down the canal & dock at our house, space for two boats or bring jet skis, canal accesses to bay or ocean side. Big Pine Key Nature Trail minutes away, see Key deer walking around. Take ferry boat to Little Palm Island for dinner, walk to Parrotdise for drinks and dining. Go to Boondocks for family friendly restaurant and miniture golf. Shopping center, grocery stores, pharmacy video stores, all 2 minutes away.
