   Beach house on a lake- it's two in one! This unique 2 bedroom, 2 bath home sits on a lake with nice lawn. Enjoy amazing lake views from the deck and watch the fabulous wildlife.( see photos) Owner keeps this lovely home in pristine condition. You get the best of both worlds- its just 300 steps to the beach!!!

   We provide the beach gear -umbrellas and chairs. Pets are welcome.Your dog will be napping in the central air conditioning while you are playing at the beach. After a hard day at the beach come home and relax,  perhaps with a cocktail,  on the deck overlooking the lake while you watch the famous red Bird fly into feed with  other beautiful bird friends . Cook dinner in your fully equipped kitchen with gas grill or perhaps try a taste of the beach at one the many fine resturaunts. Head out on the town for great night life.You'll sleep soundly in the king size bed. Rise and shine to walk the beach or go to dog beach for some fun with your pooch. Upon return you can take a bike ride to check out the rest of the island.Or take the two seat Kayak into the bay for a fun adventure. The fishing is always great and we have plenty of fishing gear for your use.

   The house is located in the middle of Ft Myers Beach -the island, just one street back from the main drag (Estero Blvd) and, just 300 steps to the Gulf! The beach is exceptional! And the  Sunsets are nothing short of Phenominal! Everthing is close by- Church, grocery, medical center and pharmacy all within 2 minutes. Home sits on nice, quiet friendly street. Our favorite evening ritual is to walk across the sreet to the beach at sunset and look for the "Green Flash"- watch closely and you are bound to see it!
