About the Condo

This is truly a "Home away from Home" with new furniture, appliances and other needed necessities. This 1350 sq. foot condo has a beautiful water view from just about every room giving you that amazing Florida Sunrise we all dream about. The Condo features cathedral ceilings to give you that larger more open feeling. Nicely decorated with comfortable leather furniture and large screen TV's throughout. Have children or grandchildren? no problem! we have several games to choose from plus a play station 2 preloaded with over 20 games to keep them occupied for hours.

About Bella Terra

New 7,000 sq. ft. Mediterranean-style clubhouse with free-form pool, aerobics studio, community and fitness center, baseball field, basketball court, tennis courts, soccer fields, bocci ball courts, park and picnic area, nature trails, childrens playground and tot lot. Additional condo pool is within walking distance.

 Enjoy a fantastic, state of the art 24/7 fitness center with an on-site trainer and scheduled classes.
