Charlotte Harbor, deep water boat access, 200 foot

size heated swimming pool, ample lounge chairs, boat dockage with  
access to Myakka River, Peace River, Charlotte Harbor, and the  
Gulf.  First floor unit, full kitchen with all cookware and dishes,  
microwave, AC, nicely furnished, cable TV, telephone,  
washer and dryer, queen size bed in bedroom, double sleeper sofa  
in living room, and screened-in lanai overlooking the water. Five  
minutes to the grocery store, and only minutes  
away by boat to the Boca Grande causeway.  There are beach chairs  
and an umbrella for beachgoers, and binoculars and birdbooks to view  
the spectacular birds of the area.
