Payment: 50% at time of booking, balance due 30 days before arrival.

Cleaning provided once per week when rented by the week or more for
a minimum charges.



Deposits will be refunded within 14 days after checkout.

Cancellation: refund less 20% before 40 days; less 50% between 31 &
39 days; no refund within 30 days.
