This 2 story, 4 bedroom, beachfront vacation home guarantees
breathtaking views and cool breezes. Located in exclusive
neighbourhood, an easy 5 minute drive from the fishermen village of
Chicxulub, 10 from Progreso and 35 from Mérida. Accommodates up to 8
people.
The home is very spacious featuring deluxe fixtures, 2 air-
conditioned bedrooms, a charming decor and incredible views at the
upstairs fully furnished partly covered balcony.
Rest assured you’ll have enough tanning area, the front terrace is
very large, it goes around pool and has a palapa, perfect to have
some Mexican snacks while enjoying the cool tropical breeze.
Downstairs features the living room, dining room, full "chefs"
kitchen, full bath and terrace on the front. One part with roof and
charcoal grill. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed and
bathroom.
Upstairs’ master bedroom opens to a large balcony partly covered. It
features a double bed, A/C, mini refrigerator and full bathroom.
Another oceanfront bedroom has a double bed and bathroom with
shower, shared with a third room that has 2 twin beds.
Public transportation goes by right behind the house every 20
minutes towards Chicxulub, Progreso, Mérida and Telchac. However,
having a car would be more comfortable.
The locals at Chicxulub are very friendly and you can find there
most of the services: laundry, telephone, internet, market (meat,
seafood, veggies, etc), video store, etc.
