This beautiful 2-bedroom/1-bath condominium is available for families or at a one bedroom rate for couples! It is located just one-half block off the famous 5th Avenue and a short walk from Mamitas, the most beautiful beach in Playa del Carmen.
The complex boasts a beautiful rooftop swimming pool, Jacuzzi, solarium with ocean view. There is also a new rooftop grilling area with tables for eating an gathering.
The location is perfect - located on 26th Street in Little Italy it is a short walk to Mamitas Beach club (coupons are provided for your lounge chairs), and a 1/2 block off the famous 5th Avenue!
Palma Xiat comfortably sleeps 2-5 people. The kitchen is fully equipped so you may eat in or dine out in one of the many international restaurants! The condo has a master bedroom with queen bed and two singles in the second bedroom. Additional amenities include: central air and ceiling fans, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, purified bottled water, all cooking utensils, and service for eight. Hotel cleaning service is provided three times per week and the Caretaker lives on-site for 24-hour security.
The condo also has wireless internet, cable television, DVD player, library of books, alarm clocks and radios, towels, linens and beach towels are provided.
