Our first floor carriage home is located within the gated community of Colonial Country Club, built by Pulte Homes, one of Americas premier builders.

Our home is a first floor corner unit overlooking the water and the 4th hole fairway of the championship Troon golf course designed by Gordon Lewis.  It is tastefully and comfortably decorated with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a den, dinette off the kitchen, dining room, living room and a screened lanai with attached garage. The master bedroom of our home features a king size bed, television, DVD, walk in closet and separate master bath. The guest room has two twin beds. There is an additional guest bathroom. The den has a pull out bed for additional sleeping. The living room features a television, DVD and stereo. The dining room has seating for eight. The kitchen is fully stocked with a breakfast nook that offers wonderful views. We offer a washer/dryer and supply all needed linens. Our lanai is perfect for hosting family and friends. There are sliding doors leading to the lanai from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. There are ceiling fans throughout and there is cable and access to wireless internet too. Please, NO SMOKING allowed in the unit.

Other features of our property are the exclusive heated pool and spa for residents of the Jasmine Point neighborhood. The pool and spa are located conveniently at the enterance to Jasmine. There are also barbecue grills located outside the pool area for your use.

If you have a small pet that does not shed you are welcome.

Golf privileges are available on our championship golf course, designed by Gordon Lewis and built/managed by Troon Golf. For a transfer fee of $206.00 you will have seven day advanced tee times and will only have to pay for your cart fee. Also included is access to our aquatic driving range, practice facility and putting greens.If you walk, bike or play tennis this is the place for you.  Over 1/4 of the Colonial community is dedicated as a preserve with over 2 & 1/2 miles of nature paths. You will have access to eight, lighted, Har-Tru surface courts and two hard courts. 

Colonial Country Club also includes an Amenities Center which offers a state-of-the-art health and fitness club, an 18000 square foot clubhouse with full service bar and dining facilities.

There is also a large community pool outside of the health club featuring a snack bar and expansive sun deck loaded with patio furniture.  There is also a library, meeting room, message rooms and an activity center.

Colonial Country Club employees a full time director that organizes day trips to shows, baseball spring training games, bridge tournaments, arts and crafts, ect.

We are located just minutes from the airport, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island and Naples.  Get in your car and within 30 minutes you can be on a Casino boat or a boat to Key West! Miromar outlet mall and many other shopping areas are just mintues away.  Get on your bike and head to the Six Mile Cypress Preserve.
