Close to route 42 and the Mulberry Grove recreation center and shopping center. This Villa has everything you will need for your stay. Small pets are welcome with certain restrictions. 

The Villages is a world renowned active senior community. There are 20 or more golf courses, numerous recreation centers with something going on all the time. Two towns have free music and dancing every night and there are several shopping areas and too many restaurants to list. The Villages is located approx. 1 hour from Disney and 1 1/2 hours from either coast. All services, shopping and restaurants are accesible by golf cart, which is included with all rentals at no additional cost.

There are more activities available than could be mentioned or imagined. These include bowling, tennis and of course golf. Two movie theatres run first run movies. There are 400 clubs that have all sorts of activities and outings. As a renter you will pay a $50 amenity transfer fee to The Villages which will entitle you to all the activities of an owner. The area hosts world class fresh water fishing and boating enthusists will be amazed at the vastness of lakes in the area.
