Luxury Ocean Front Condo at Punta Esmerelda in Bucerias

The Punta Esmerelda guard gated development has eight pools - around each pool there is free wireless internet accesss - tennis courts, snack bar around the main pool, a bar, gym, and its own private beach.

The price per nights and per week depends upon the number of people staying in the condo.  The reservation system will automatically calculate based on six persons and will be adjusted when the reservation is confirmed. 

Punta Esmeralda is located between Bucerias and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, in the State of Nayarit, Mexico, more commonly known as Costa Vallarta. 

Only 15 minutes from Puerto Vallarta's International Airport, you are close to well known Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, but away from the down town area's hussle and bussle. 

Punta Esmeralda is a newly constructed, gated, privately owned residential community.  On 30 acres with 1/2 mile of beach front, the 210 units are well spaced apart.  Few of the owners rent their units, so the complex is serene and enjoyable, not overcrowded like many all-inclusive hotels.
 
The beach is easily accessible and all of Punta Esmeralda is wheel chair friendly.  Every condominium has an elevator and the condominium doors are wide for easy wheel chair access.
