architecturally stunning designer's home in San Francisco

our home is an architectural 2 bedroom/2 bathroom with a lot of natural light due to vaulted ceilings and skylights throughout the house. the furniture and interior is midcentury modern, with an eclectic, organic sixties eames/saarinen look and feel. 

first floor: 1 massive open plan bedroom with 14' ceilings and opens to the outside. 

second floor: lofted living room with exposed ceiling beams and skylights throughout, 2 lounge areas one with 42" LCD TV (full cable with high speed internet, apple TV, DVD, blueray) and couches, the other couches and a fireplace. this room opens into the chef's kitchen with double sinks, viking range, swedish dishwasher, washer/dryer. a few stairs down to a lower full sized dining room, solarium and back yard garden. 

third floor: up the spiral staircase is a treehouse-like second bedroom, with large sliding glass doors on 2 sides that open on to a large patio and roof garden. also the second bathroom with cedar doors, glass shower enclosure and modern marble detailing. 

our home is right in the heart of bernal heights on moultrie between cortland and eugenia - steps away from liberty cafe, bernal yoga, wild west bar, four star video, red hill books, progressive grounds, etc. also, great access to everywhere in the city - right by the 101 & 280, as well as the 23 bus line and a 10 minute walk down the hill to BART. happy to share the neighborhood secrets if you're from out of town.

it's $1350 a week, or $4000 for the full stay of 10/22-11/15. let me know if you're interested.

there is also a cleaning fee of $300, the same regardless of length of stay.

our home is available during the weeks of 10/22 - 11/15 and  11/25 - 30. you may rent by the week which is $1350, or for multiple weeks is $1200.  

beyond that and pending availability it is available for $350 a night.
