Vacation Rental Description

Big Bear Vacation Cabin (2 Bedroom + Loft) located in the quiet and 
desireable Moonridge area at Big Bear Lake.  View of Bear Mountain 
Ski area from the front windows and deck.  Cabin was renovated 
last year w/ granite counter and new appliances in kitchen, new 
vanity and slate floors in bathrooms, new carpet, Pergo flooring, 
and painting throughout.
Cabin is conveniently located to all:
1/4 mile from the Bear Mountain Ski Resort
1 1/4 miles from Snow Summit Ski Resort
1/4 mile from Big Bear Golf Course
1/4 mile from the Moonridge Animal Park/Zoo
1/4 mile from the National Forest boundry
3 miles from Village for shopping & dining
3 miles from airport
1 1/2 miles from the lake
 
The cabin has open area out back for great sledding and snow 
playing.  It has a large front deck with direct view of Bear 
Mountain 
Ski area.  Rear deck off of dining area w/ barbeque.  Very close to 
forest hiking and biking trails.

$180 per night (Fri, Sat, & Holiday weekends/weeks)
$155 per night (mid-week)
 
Winter (November 16th thru March 31st)
$235 per night (Fri & Sat)
$200 per night (mid-week)
$275 per night Holiday weekends + Xmas/New Year weeks

NOTE: 
- Rates are for up to 4 people [add $10 per night for each 
additional person]
- Three night minimum stay required for Holidays and Holiday weekends

** Monthly discounted rates are avaialable **

Pay by Credit Card via PayPal (Note: PayPal transaction fee of 3% 
will be deducted from the security deposit)

One nights cost is required as a deposit for reservation.
The remaining balance + security deposit of $200.00 + $80.00 
cleaning fee is required 14 days prior to stay and will be fully 
refunded upon satisfactory inspection immediately after your stay.  

Pillows, blankets, linens, towles are INCLUDED!
Note: The non-refundable cleaning charge of $80.00 covers basic 
cleaning and linen services.
