(BS) Boehm-Solis Residence in Telchac Puerto

(BS) Boehm - Solis (The name of our main entrance with our Family last names), we are the owners of this Beautiful house just finished on June 09.

 Telchac Puerto is a small Fisher´s village where every thing is quiet and safe, it is not crowded and the locals frendly, the water is safe and the food is healthy. The house is located two miles from it.

 Don´t bring anything , we have:

-Cotton Sheets, towels (bath and beach), blankets
-Toaster, coffee-maker, blender, dishes, wine glasses.
silverware, baking dishes, serving dishes, microwave, etc.
-Laundry Room with laundry machine.
-Hot water in the kitchen and bathrooms
- CD player, IPOD player
-Private swimming pool with ocean view
-Instalation ready for Hammock in bedroom and terrace.

-Water heater

-Alarm sistem

-Mosquito screen in every door and window.

-Dish cable sistem.

-Caretaker  afew steps from the house.
The caretaker,  can arrange any thing you could need.

 In this House, every thing is brand new, is a two-floors, three-bedroom, one on the ground for laundry with bathroom and two up stairs.

The house is well furnished and it’s located in a beautifull beach area. It has a front terrace with a pool in a nice-relaxing modern roof, and very nice illuminated, Between palm trees and mangroves with an incredible ocean view. This House has been made thinking in our Yucatán winters it also has anticiclonic courtins wich makes the house more secure, is   located 75 mts from the sea it has a beutifull garden infront, having beautiful mangroves combined with the white sand, making the most beautiful view. Excellent house for every season by people who want to relax in a quiet and beautiful beach. The full house is protected by alarm sistem.

 The two up bedrooms has a nice terrace whit a so-great ocean view even from your bed. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two twin size beds with celling fans, and air conditioner, but normally is so fresh and nice at night.

Both rooms share an outside complete and new bathroom. It has a good size kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances: stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, blender for the margaritas, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, utensils and silverware.

 The living room is decorated with shields found at the shore, also brought from the Caribbean sea beaches. Don’t worry about bringing anything but your bathing suits, clothes and food, because the house is well equipped with every thing you will need.  

In the Town and also a few steps there is a grocery store, where you can buy almost anything at the convenience store and fresh fish and fruit, meat and vegetables at the market in the main plaza. They also have long distance and internet service, as well a small hospital for emergencies or firs aid.  The house is 20 miles east from Progreso, which is the most important Port in Yucatan. Here you can fin a big and USA-like supermarket with every thing you might need, a bigger Hospital, and a small shopping center with 4 movie theaters and many handicraft stores,  Many good restaurants are found at the Malecón (The front beach main street of the port). Cruise Liners stop at this Port. Right in front the house buses come back and forth from Telchac to Progreso.

 Renting a car will make your stay more enjoyable and comfortable.

 The closest airport is Merida’s International Airport (an hour away) with direct flights from Houston, Miami and Mexico City, it can be cheaper to fly into Cancun, rent a car and drive over. Cancun’s International Airport is 4 hours away by car. 

Attractions:
Miles of wide beaches to walk, to collect seashelds, swim in the poll, and go to the Mayan ruins,  go to San Crisanto Town and meet the mangrooves trip,near by. this is for peple who needs to get away and feel safme a the samfe time.

 The minimun period for rent is montly. It is not avalable for shorter periods.

Excellent one couples, no childrens and pets allowed.
