The house is already rented for Jan, Feb. and March 2010. The rental price for Nov. Dec. 2009, and April and May 2010 has been reduced to 1000 dollars per month.

Come and stay at our oasis in Sun City!!  Recently updated and renovated, our home is spacious with a large Arizona room , tiled and fit for your winter stay.  A large flat screen TV is ready to show your favorite game or movie.  DSL is available for all your internet needs also.  We include for your pleasure complementary passes to all the recreation centers in Sun City.  The golf courses, pools, bowling lanes, shuffleboard, and libraries are ready for your vacation use. Arizona is a popular destination for travelers in the winter season.  We have so many activities in the area-major league training camps, Grand Canyon, Sedona, and many great colleges and universities throughout the area.  The scenery gets very impressive as one travels up into the mountains-Prescott is a favorite destination, and the wild ride in the river -better than at a water slide park!!! With all the wonderful weather and scenery, Arizona has fabulous art areas and a wonderful heritage with the Native Americans  shown throughout the state.

For a one to two month stay, our rate is $1200.00 a month.  For 3 or more months, the rate would decrease 100.00 additional months,  For example, 3 months would be  1100 X 3= 3300. For Nov and  Note: for Dec 2009, and for April and May 2010, rent has been reduced to 1000 dollars per month.
