The firstlevel features a garage, laundry room with a large workshop. There is an additonal cabana bathroom & shower with outside access.  A shady overhang with a sitting area and fish cleaning station and a large storage room.  A two man ocean kayak provided for your enjoyment.  A short drive to Fort Myers and Naples.  Excellent restaurants nearby, from casual to upscale. We will entertain weekly, monthly or annual rentals. 

This beautiful property offers internet and a large screen cable TV in the living room as well as the master.  An ocean kayak for your use and a private dock and divot to accomidate a boat if needed.  The deck area features comfortable seating and outside dinning furniture and a grill for your use.

Bonita Springs is home to some of the most beautiful beaches in the United States. Nestled along the Gulf of Mexico this rustic combination of soft sandy beaches and  mangroves offers great fishing and shelling as well as a beach lovers heven.  There are boat rentals available and  many other water toys to enjoy!  Shopping is prime with the Coconut Point Mall, Gulf Coast Center, the Miromar Outlet and many other great stores available.
