   As you walk into the foyer onto the Brazilian hardwood flooring. your eyes will follow the grand Brazilian hardwood stairway that winds to the second floor.   Look overhead and notice the beautiful chandelier hanging from the upstairs ceiling.  

   Upstairs you have 3 Bedrooms with private baths. 3rd Bedroom is a Master Suite with a King Bed, large bathroom with tub/shower and huge walk in closet.  This room over looks the Pool, Summer Kitchen and  Admiral Cove.  

 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms have  Double Bed with Water Views and Rain Showers with the exception of the lower level rec.room/ bedroom.  This room has a Queen Bed and Flat Screen T.V.  This room uses 1st floor bathroom.

   First floor Master Bedroom Suite has a Queen Bed with view of Pool and Hot Tub.   A Gas Fireplace lends itself for a romantic evening. Private bath is stone tiled has Double Head Rain Shower for two, a Jacuzzi Tub and a heated seated Toilet / Bidet.  Spacious walk in closet has a stackable Washer and Dryer. Step outside on the deck and down a couple of stairs and you're at the Pool with Hot Tub.      

  Following the main hall at the top of staircase will take you past the bedrooms and the large Washer and Dryer behind louvered doors.  Hall will end with the back staircase on your left and the double door Theater Room straight ahead.

   Step through the double doors, make your selection from the DVD Library, push switch on wall and watch, as black shades are lowered along with the Movie Screen with overhead projector.  Hunker down onto the comfy furniture and try not to fall asleep.  There is a handy Futon in case you bunk in.     

   Step to the left of the entryway  and enter  the State of the Art  eat in Kitchen with a 5 Burner Gas Cooktop, built into the Center Island. Walking through the kitchen leading to the Great Room,  on the right wall, there's a built in Convection Oven, and Microwave.   Wine Cooler,  Dishwasher, along with an Extra Ice Maker, are under Granite Countertops.   Before you enter the kitchen, on your right,  is the Butlers Pantry with an extra sink and dishwasher.  Pantry also leads into the Great Room.   

 Walking to the right of the foyer/entryway, take hall to your left.  This will lead to the Great Room.  As you enter, observe the wall on your left. There is a beautifully constructed floor to ceiling Fieldstone Fireplace. Keep looking toward the left wing of the room, you'll see a Formal Dining area,with Chippendale Table and Chairs that seat 10-12. Looking to the right is the game area with a Pool Table.  

  Straight ahead is  the sitting area with the magnificent view of the water, wildlife, Connecticut hills and breath-taking sunsets. All areas of this gorgeous room treat you to this panoramic view.  Sliding French Doors on either side open to the wrap around deck,.. the cool breezes, and the call of the Ospreys and Bald Eagles as they dive for their dinner right in front of you.

 
  Step outside onto the deck and relax on the deck furniture and drink in the view with your favorite beverage.  Observe the main Dock where you can Fish, Crab or tie up your Boat.  Notice the beautiful fieldstone columns on the deck with the built in chimneas.  You can fire them up in summer for hot dogs and marshmallows or cozy up to them when the weather gets chilly.

  Walk down stairs off deck onto the Stone Patio that surrounds the fieldstone Swimming Pool with Hot Tub and Poolside Bar.   Walking on patio toward the Cove and down 3 steps, brings you to the lawn and another patio and a  Summer Kitchen.

    Summer Kitchen has Motorized Awning, large BBQ Grill, Sink area, small Fridge ,Table, chairs and benches, and a Bathroom with Shower.   Go down 3 more stairs and open your gate that leads to the water or take a walk and fall in love with Nature all over again.

    House is located in the historic whaling town of Mystic and Old Mystic Ct.  It is  directly on a cove on the Mystic River.   Spectacular views of the cove, river and the Connecticut hills.  Glorious sunsets and wildlife abound. 

House is located about 1.5  miles from Mystic Aquarium, the famous Mystic Seaport and shops and theater .  

The tiny quaint village of Old Mystic is within walking distance.

Summer season: Minimum 1 week.  10/11  days considered if arrive or depart on a Saturday.
