Waterden Villa in Turks and Caicos

 beautifully tranquil 4 ensuite bedroom Villa located in the South of Providenciales Island in the Turks and Caicos. The Villa sits in an elevated and private location with breathtaking views of the turquoise waters of Chalk Sound stretching out below. Exclusively available to the discerning traveler, Waterden Villa provides calming privacy in a luxurious Villa, with glorious sunrises and sunsets over your own piece of unspoiled paradise.

With large private pool, elevated deck and a private dock below from which to swim in the crystal clear, warm and peaceful, turquoise Caribbean waters to nearby private deserted Islands and Cays with an abundance of bird, marine and other wildlife that is barely minutes swim away.

Inside Waterden Villa you will find everything laid on for your perfect escape. A wonderfully fitted and spacious kitchen with marble tops and all the gourmet cooking facilities you could need. Conventional and microwave/convection ovens, large refrigerator & freezer, dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer, coffee maker, blender and; all fully equipped with a service for eight. The elegant kitchen adjoins the breakfast room and nearby, the formal dining room with large patio doors that open to overlook the deck and pool. Nearby the relaxing family room with all the comforts of home is set-up for our guests including a full selection of entertainment equipment for your pleasure. Cable TV, VCR/ DVD, CD player and, high speed WiFi access which is provided free.

Each of the bedrooms and the living areas have independent central air-conditioning systems that is highly effective although, the wonderfully elevated position of the Villa and large numbers of full Patio doors that open to the decks and balconies allows easy access to the constant cooling trade wind breezes that often mean a/c is a nice to have but not necessary. However, for those warmer days, guests can utilize the Villa's individually zoned central a/c, with discreet, remote-control units in every room, allowing guests to set their own temperature levels.

Outside the Villa there is a large patio deck that has sun loungers and patio table and chairs. From this beautifully elevated sun trap, a private pathway and stairs leads from the Villa's pool area down to our own private dock where guests can enjoy a plunge in the sparklingly clear, warm waters of the Caribbean Sea, or enjoy a swim out to the deserted Islands and little Cays, where darting, vibrantly colored fish, lobster and even, conch abound.  Whilst, a few minutes walk from the Villa leads you to the sugar white sands and pale turquoise waters of Taylor Bay Beach, sometimes known as Sunset Bay, the Beach at Ocean Point or, 5 Cays Beach although, with the facilities and beauty on hand, most guests tend to chill out and enjoy the Villa’s own tailored facilities.

Beaches and shopping locally

Villa rental rates as quoted are on a per week basis  (7-nights) for the entire villa. The Turks and Caicos government requires a 10% tax be paid on all Villa rentals and this cost will be added to the above rates.

A security Deposit is required prior to occupancy. This will be taken through securing a hold on a credit card for the agreed amount.

Rental rate bands as shown are for up to 2 bedrooms and then up to 4 bedrooms. No other bands or reductions for a lesser number of rooms are catered for.

Rates include free use of Satellite TV and Broadband Internet (WiFi) access. There are no other charges for Water or Electric usage either subject to fair use. And of course all sheets, linens, towels, beach towels etc. are included.
