The home has a large deck and balcony overlooking the bay. The large private dock makes fishing, boating, crabbing or nature watching a joy. The tide brings a variety of marine life to your back door. Enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking, or just relaxing.

The beach is directly across the street with an access ramp. The beach is beautiful with no cars on this section. Surfboards, bikes, nets, toys and beach chairs are at the home to take advantage of the fun.

The home is open with high vaulted ceilings and decorated in a beach motif. The full kitchen has been renovated with Corian counters and new appliances and cabinets.
