Our condo, #305, overlooks the Bay and a great view of the new marina with its array of yachts and charter boats. It is a great location in the building (quiet and with no street noise). The condo has a living/dining room with balcony, master bedroom with queen size bed, sitting room/2nd bedroom with pull-out sofa, large bathroom, fully equiped kitchen and washer/dryer.

The fully equiped kitchen features full size stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, microwave, granite countertops with bar stools, coffee maker, blender, cookware, etc. There are two TV's with cable and DVD players and complimentary wireless internet (Wi-Fi). The building is equiped with two elevators, covered parking and guests are able to enjoy a heated swinning pool and SPA.
