Built in 1924, this beautiful two story spacious house with large private yard is centered in one of Savannah's historic district and just minutes away from all attractions.

The charm and character of this historic house has been traditionally kept during its recent renovation while morden upgrades have been added. The house is immaculately clean and is turn key ready for your convenience. Accommodations include: three large bedrooms, one king and two queen size beds and one daybed. Each bedroom has its own television with basic cable.  The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking and dinnerware needs. Two full size bathrooms are provided with linens. A laundry room is also available to you. The large and elegant dinning room accomodates eight people for sitting and entertaining. The living room has plenty of seating and a large screen television with DVD player and sound system. A fireplace is located in both the Master bedroom and living room.  Wireless internet service is included.

The house is set on two lots which has plenty of parking. Kitchen is fully stocked with large fridge/freezer, microwave gas range.  Washer & dryer

Riverfront walk with its numerous restaurants is just minutes away, shopping, art galleries and Forsyth park. There are also trolley and horse & buggy tours in which your get to experience all the sites and sounds of downtown Savannah.  If you would prefer a relaxing day at the beach. Tybee Island is a 10 minute drive or you can take the shuttle, you can also have a game of golf with plenty of course's to choose from within the area.
