bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. The community pool. The pier that extends 180’ into the sound to fish
and/or watch evening sunsets. Home Theater with movies. We also provide chairs, towels, umbrellas,
coolers and a wagon for the beach AND plenty of sand toys. All you need to pack is a camera and
your
clothes!

On-Site Amenities Include:
Master BR with King Bed, BR2 with Queen Bed, BR3 with 2 sets of bunk
beds and 2nd Master with Queen Bed and private bath.
There is also a sofa bed in the Family Room, a playpen/crib and high
chair.
All Bedrooms:
TV, DVD and/or VCR, Clock Radio, Phone (except kids room) Ceiling
Fan and and ample storage for your personal items.
Family Room:
Spacious room with sofa, sleeper sofa and chair. Game table with
seating for 4. 32" Color TV with cable, and DVD/CD/MP3/AM-FM Home
Theater. Movies, music, puzzles, games and cards will be available.
Kitchen:
Large island counter with seating for 6-8 and dining area with table
settings for 8. Dishwasher, stainless steel sink with disposal.
Solid surface electric range with overhead microwave/exhaust fan.
Large refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker. Coffee
maker with extra thermos, coffee bean grinder, blender and toaster
oven.
Laundry Room:
Full sized Washer and Dryer, with Iron and Ironing Board

No Smoking, PLEASE. Your security deposit will be forfeited for
cleaning and damage caused by smoking products.
No Pets, PLEASE. Your security deposit will be forfeited for
cleaning and flea treatment if evidence of pets is observed.
You must be at least 25 years old to rent.
Our house is in neighborhood where a number of families reside
permanently. If you are looking for a loud party, this may not be
the place for you.

Check-In time is 3:00PM Central Time.
Checkout time is 10:00AM Central Time, so that we may prepare for
new arrivals.
A $500.00 security deposit is required at the time that a
reservation is made to hold dates chosen. This can be paid in cash,
traveler's check, bank money order or cashier's check. Deposit will
be fully refunded within 15 days after check-out, provided there is
no damage or theft, and that all rental policies have been observed.

08/14/2010 thru 09/10/2010 - $1,800 Per Week
09/11/2010 thru 03/05/2011 - $1,400 Per Week

An 11.5% sales tax will be added to all rates. Until confirmed, all
rates are subject to change.
You have 30 days prior to arrival to cancel for a full refund of
deposit.
