Caloonie's Cottage -Pet friendly - Shared pool! in Tybee Island

This precious and comfy hideway is in a charming, quiet residential neighborhood just floor blocks to the open ocean side of the island!If you don't feel like going to the beach, our guests can use the semi-private pool just steps from the front door!

The living and dining room area is spacious and bright, and there is a sliding glass door leading to a very large deck for sunning, grilling and visiting.The sunny master bedroom has a private bath and also a sliding glass door leading to the long deck. The second bedroom has twin beds. There is another full bath!

There is a queen sleeper in the living room for extra guests. The well equipped kitchen will make you feel OH, so at home! :) In fact, many guests who return each year feel that Caloonie's IS their Tybee home.

Guest packet full of area info in the mail before coming, let yourself in with our instructions so you don't have the hassle of waiting or going to an office (we're available by phone if needed!), repair emergency help on standby (rare!), central air, washer and dryer, covered parking, washer and dryer, shared pool, 3 televisions, DVD, stereo, movie library, linens provided, BEACH TOWELS provided, free unlimited local phone calls, microwave, complete kitchenware, charcoal barbeque grill. Peace and quiet!

Lighthouses, museums, forts, historic tours, tennis, restaurants, boating, dolphin tours, surfing, shelling, wildlife viewing, kayaking, parasailing, deep sea fishing, pier fishing, hiking, jet skiing, shopping.

3/15-9/30.....$180 per night....$950 per week. (We give seven nights for a week, not six like many.)

10/1-3/14....$125 per night....$700 per week.

Weeks only June and July please. 3 night minimum otherwise.

 One time exit cleaning and laundry fee of $85 added to all stays and 13% state and local taxes.
