This 2,650 sq. ft. very popular Laredo floor plan is located on an extra large lot surrounded by privacy walls. SaddleBrooke offers world-class amenities in a country club resort-style settling active adult community with countless social opportunities. Enjoy breathtaking scenery on rolling Sonoran desert terrain with panoramic mountain views in one of natures most consistent and ideal climates. SaddleBrooke is nestled in the foothills of the majestic Santa Catalina mountain range approximately 14 miles north of Tucson, with an approximate elevation at 3,300 feet, and average summer temperatures ranging from 74-99 degrees and winter temperatures ranging from 38-71 degrees. Annual rainfall for the Tucson area is 11 inches. SaddleBrooke was voted one of the top 100 Best Master Planned Communities in the country by "Where to Retire" magazine.
The house is within a few blocks of the newest clubhouse, the Desert View Performing Arts Centre, with weekly movies and numerous plays and concerts. The Mountain View Country Club close by has numerous tennis courts, a large swimming pool, a lap pool, jacuzzi, two restaurants, and a golf shop. The Preserve has a fully equipped fitness center, swimming pool with pool side beverage and food service, jacuzzi, restaurant and a library. The oldest clubhouse, SaddleBrooke, has two restaurants, a library, swimming pool, and locker rooms.
Enjoy a drive around the various golf courses on golf cart streets at sunset to see all sorts of wild life like deer, javalinas, and coyotes or just take a scenic drive throughout the neighborhood on all of our private roads. Enjoy a meal at any of our four restaurants, the Vista’s Dining Room, Palo Verde Dining Room, Road Runner Grill, or Mesquite Grill.
The house is beautifully decorated with a Southwestern flair and is fully equipped with everything you could possible need – just bring your toothbrush and clothes. The living room has vaulted ceilings, a brand new leather couch and loveseat, brand new Samsung 40” LED HDTV, new Southwestern artwork, coffee and end tables, a complete stereo system. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a GE Profile microwave, GE range with double oven, and GE dishwasher, and a GE side-by-side stainless steel ice/water dispensing refrigerator, in-sink garbage disposer, all to make cooking easier and more enjoyable. The master bedroom has a king bed, large dresser, stereo system and speakers, a 32" Sony Trinitron TV, and DVR. The master bathroom has a large vanity with two sinks, a private room with commode, and a very large tile shower with walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, cabinet with 30" Sony TV, VCR, and large closet. Enjoy mountan views in the third bedroom/den/office with dual privacy doors and two twin beds that can be converted to a king bed, dresser, a 20" TV/VCR, a computer with high-speed internet access, printer, scanner, copier and fax machine. The spacious master bedroom, second bedroom and living room all have sliders to the patio. Enjoy mountain views from both the front yard (with automatic electronic lightening) and back yard (with outstanding sunsets), the dining room (with fantastic sunrises), and the third bedroom/den/office.
