SaddleBrooke is located at the base of the Santa Catalina mountain range at an elevation of 3,300 feet 14 miles north of Tucson. This extraordinary active adult community offers world-class amenities in a resort-style setting with countless social opportunities surrounded by luxurious homes with breathtaking scenery located in one of natures most consistent and ideal climates. This fully furnished brand new 1,980 square foot Laredo on an extra large private lot with an attached two and a half car garage has spectacular views of the Santa Catalina Mountains from the breakfast nook, a bedroom, the front yard and the backyard. Professionally landscaped with recently added privacy walls around the entire property allow for total privacy. Enjoy incredible sunsets from your backyard under a fully covered patio that has a fireplace, propane barbeque, three separate patio table and chair sets, a lounge chair, and a variety of chair and lounge pads. The gourmet kitchen features upgraded granite countertops and cabinets, high-end stainless steel appliances (refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave and double oven stove) and completely stocked with kitchen items. The house is fully air-conditioned with two interior ceiling fans and lights in the living room and master bedroom and dimmer switches throughout the house for great ambience. The living room couch is a sofa bed that sleeps two for relatives, grandchildren or friends visting with a 32-inch Sony Trinitron TV, CD, DVD and VHS players, an extensive library of books, CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, and surround sound stereo system. The laundry room has a washer and gas dryer, and addition kitchen items. The master bedroom suite has a queen bed, a television and stereo system, dresser, and a view of the backyard that can be accessed through a sliding glass door. The master bathroom has two sinks, a private room with a toilet, an all tile shower and a full-sized walk-in closest. The second bedroom has a king bed (two twins that have been made into one bed but can easily be separated for friends, family or grandchildren visiting), dresser, oil paintings, and a view of the mountains with access to the backyard through a sliding glass door. The full guest bathroom has an upgraded deep tub and shower. The third bedroom has a computer, fax, copier, scanner and room to add two portable beds (stored in the garage) with a view of the mountains. The house is fully stocked with toiletries, pantry supplies, lots of linens, towels, pillows, bedding, iron, ironing board, games, etc. The living room, kitchen and one bedroom are decorated with a southwestern motif and the master bedroom is decorated with Hawaiian decor. The dining room/breakfast nook with a glass table and four chairs seats four and an extra fold-out dining room table that seats eight with plenty of extra chairs can be set up for entertaining guests. The garage has an on demand water heater, three bicycles, various types of sports equipment, a smoker, shop vacuum, extra chairs, and other miscellaneous garden tools. SaddleBrooke is an adult 55+ community - at least one person renting the house needs to be 40 years old. Grandchildren are allowed to visit.
