One bedroom with a king size bed and the other has a queen size bed, living room has a full size sofa sleeper.  Full size kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Dinning room sits 6 people with slider to the back deck. Living room with a 42 inch flat screen tv with dvd player. Both bedrooms have 32 inch flat screen tv and dvd player. All units come with cable and free wireless wifi. We are conveniently located on a quiet street about 2 blocks from the beach and within walking distance to all shops, restaurants. We can accommodate from 2 persons to 14 persons. Great for romantic get away, relax or family reunion. No matter what you are in the mood for from wave watching, relaxing to hiking, biking, fishing....Ocean shores has everything to offer.

April 1 - September 30: $60/night (weeknight) /$75/night (weekend) 

There is an additional 11.3% tax,  one time $20 cleaning fee and $75 refundable deposit.

2 bedrooms unit:

October 1- March 31:  $125/night. 

April 1 - September 30:  $125/night (weekday)/ $150/night (weekend). 

There is an additional 11.3% tax, one time $35 cleaning fee and $150 refundable deposit.

2 nights minimum. 3 nights minimum on holidays.

Entire Complex

October 1 - March 31:  $275/night.

April 1 - September 30: $350/night (weekday). $400/night (weekend).

There is an additional 11.3% tax,  one time cleaning fee $100 and $250 refundable deposit

Balance due 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellation must be made 10 days prior to arrival, after that there will be charge for one day rental.
