The studio unit sleeps 2 people, queen size bed, sitting area, kitchenette, mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster over, 1 full bath, 32 inch flat screen tv with dvd player. The two bedrooms unit sleeps 6 with 1 full bath. One bedroom with a king size bed and the other has a queen size bed, living room has a full size sofa sleeper.  Full size kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Dinning room sits 6 people with slider to the back deck. Living room with a 42 inch flat screen tv with dvd player. Both bedrooms have 32 inch flat screen tv and dvd player. All units come with cable and wifi. We are conveniently located on a quiet street about 2 blocks from the beach and within walking distance to all shops, restaurants. We can accommodate from 1 person to 14 persons. Great for romantic get away, relax or family reunion. No matter what you are in the mood for from wave watching, relaxing to hiking, biking, fishing....Ocean shores has everything to offer.

Studio unit comes with kitchenett with 2 stove top burners, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, glasses, cups, 32 inch flat screen tv, dvd player, cable tv,WIFI, alarm clock, hair dryer, linen, towels, deck, very comfortable queen size bed, dresser, sitting area, full bath, balcony.

2 bedrooms unit comes with full size kitchen with dish washer, pots and pans, full size refrigerator, microwave, dishes and utensils, glasses, cups, coffee maker, dinning room table with 6 chairs, flat screen tv with dvd player, alarm clock in each bedroom, hair dryer, linen, towels, cable tv, WIFI. One Queen size bed, one King size bed, and 1 full size sofa sleeper. Each bedroom has a 32 inch flat screen tv with dvd player. The living room has a 42 inch flat screen tv with dvd player. Two balconies, one in front and one in the back. Full size washer/dryer for your convenience.

Studio unit:

October 1  - April 30: $60/ night.

May 1 - September 30: $60/night (weeknight) /$75/night (weekend) 

There is an additional 13.4% tax,  one time $20 cleaning fee and $75 refundable deposit.

2 nights minimum.

2 bedrooms unit:

October 1- April 30:  $125/night. 

May 1 - September 30:  $125/night (weekday)/ $150/night (weekend). 

There is an additional 13.4% tax, one time $35 cleaning fee and $150 refundable deposit.

2 nights minimum.

Entire Complex

October 1 - April 30:  $350/night.

May 1 - September 30: $350/night (weekday). $400/night (weekend).

There is an additional 13.4% tax,  one time cleaning fee $100 and $350 refundable deposit

2 nights minimum.

Deposit equals one night stay plus tax. Balance due 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellation must be made 14 days prior to arrival, after that there will be charged for one day rental.
