TV/DVD or VCR in every bedroom, heatable pool, 2 full size refrigerators for your convenience. The three 1st floor bedrooms have 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 king-swing (you choose to have it made as twins or king) respectively. Bonus room on 2nd floor has 2 sets of bunk /trundle beds which will sleep 6 kids, and a play area for children. We provide beach towels, beach toys, children's games and the daily newspaper to make your visit easier. Available for winter monthly rental at reduced rate. Pet friendly in off-season periods.

Great beach access to the public beach walk, which is sometimes challenging with 2nd row homes. 

Our gated community provides increased security and less traffic than areas that are not gated.  Palmetto Dunes has bike paths, a general store, lagoon for canoeing, as well as tennis courts and 2 golf courses. 

The two full size refrigerators easily accommodate the large families that often travel together.  Dining space at the table, at the enormous island, or on the porch. 

This house is good for one couple looking to spend the winter months (but lots of space for those guests that frequently come to visit!), for several couples vacationing together, or for your family looking for a great summer vacation.
