Enjoy the Cozy Comforts of Home and the Best Accommodations you will find in Branson.  Our Spacious 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Condo is Reasonably Priced, Extra Nice, Clean, and Comfortable.  We Have a Beautiful Golf Course View situated on the 10th Fairway in the Gated Community of Pointe Royale Golf Village.  This Vacation Condo is Perfect for Family Vacations, Sharing with Friends and/or for a Couple Vacationing alone wanting more the extra space.

Our Condo Is a Bright END UNIT with Extra Windows that Creates a Home-Like Amosphere offering nearly 1200 sq ft of Living Space.  
The Condo is Located 1 block from the Clubhouse, Heated Indoor Pool, Outdoor Pool, Outdoor Hot Tub, Tennis Courts and Fitness Center, and Conveniently Close to Branson's Lakes, Best Shows, Shopping and Attractions.

Your next HOME AWAY from HOME is Completely Furnished, has a Full Sized Kitchen and Appliances with Necessary Utensils to Prepare a Full Meal.  Towels and Bedding are Provided (but Please Bring your own Beach Towels).  The Living Room offers 2 Comfy Lazy Boy Recliners, Sofa with a Queen Sleeper, and a 32" LCD TV.  From the Living Room walk out onto the Private Deck that has a Comfortable Bar Height Patio Set.

Master Bedroom offers a King bed, Cable TV, Plenty of Storage Drawers in the Armoirs and a Large Walk-in Closet
Private Master Bath has his/her Sinks and a Jetted Tub/Shower
2nd Bedroom offers a King Bed (twin beds option), Cable LCD TV, Large Closet
2nd Bathroom is Located just Outside of the 2nd Bedroom

Making a Reservation:  
1)   E-mail your Desired Dates and Location. (We will Confirm Availability and Rates).
2)   With verbal approval, a Rental Agreement and Invoice will be created and emailed.
3)   Reservation is Confirmed upon Receipt of Down Payment and Signed Rental
      Agreement.
4)   Balance of Rental is Due 20 days Ahead of Arrival.
5)   One Week Ahead of Arrival the Check-In Information will be Sent by Email.

Additional Fees Apply:  11.6% Sales Tax plus a One Time Cleaning Fee $60

Absolutely NO PETS and NO SMOKING  - A Charge of $250 will be Assessed for a Violation of the Non-Smoking and No-Pet Policy

$200 Deposit or Entire Rental Payment is required to Confirm a Reservation and
to Hold the Dates Requested 
The Balance after the Deposit will be Due No Later than 20 days Prior to Arrival Date
We Accept Personal Checks, and Payments by Credit Card through PayPal.
NOTE:  PayPal Payments will Result in a 3% Processing Fee

Our Condo Units are Available All-Year around and are Not Timeshares.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 
Reservations cancelled prior to 30 days of arrival will receive a full refund of amount paid.
Reservations cancelled within the 20 to 30 days of arrival will forfeit ½ (half) of the amount paid.
Reservations cancelled less than 20 days of arrival will forfeit full payment unless we are able to re-rent for the dates reserved that are being cancelled.  We will do our very best to re-rent the condo and will not charge for any of the dates we are able to re-rent. 
Owner has the right to waive any part of this cancellation policy due to emergencies or weather conditions. 
A 100% credit of amount paid could be used for dates at another time providing there is availability.

Owners Background Information:
We are from a small town in Iowa and have enjoyed visiting Branson for over 10 years therefore the reason we have purchased a unit for our use and to offer the condo to you for rental.  Now that we have retired from our full-time jobs we are purchasing another unit to offer for rental in the same manner.  We are not a large corporation so when you contact us you will actually be speaking to the owner.  Thanks for taking the time to consider renting our vacation condo(s) in Branson.  Your Comfort is our Goal.
