Making a Reservation:  
1)   E-mail your Desired Dates and Location. (We will Confirm Availability and Rates).
2)   With verbal approval, a Rental Agreement and Invoice will be created and emailed.
3)   A $200 deposit at  the time of booking will secure your Reservation - Confirmation email will be sent upon Receipt of Payment and Signed Rental Agreement.  The deposit will be applied toward the total rental amount. 
4)   Balance of the Rental will be Due 20 days Ahead of Arrival.
5)   Check-in Information will be Sent by Email one week prior to arrival.

Weekly rate is based on Stays 6 nights as the 7th is Free

Summer Vacation in Branson          June/July              $120/night - $720/week
                                            Stay 6 nights and the 7th is FREE

Absolutely NO PETS and NO SMOKING  - A Charge of $250 will be Assessed for a Violation of the Non-Smoking and No-Pet Policy

Free Night 'Special Deals' cannot be tied in with a Holiday

Our Condo Units are Available All-Year around and are Not associated as Timeshares.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 
Reservations cancelled prior to 30 days of arrival will receive a full refund of amount paid less a handling charge of $25.
Reservations cancelled within the 20 to 30 days of arrival will forfeit ½ (half) of the amount paid.
Reservations cancelled less than 20 days of arrival will forfeit full payment unless we are able to re-rent for the dates reserved that are being cancelled.  We will do our very best to re-rent the condo and will not charge for any of the dates we are able to re-rent. 
Owner has the right to waive any part of this cancellation policy due to emergencies or weather conditions. 
A 100% credit of amount paid could be used for dates at another time providing there is availability.

We are from a small town in Iowa and had enjoyed visiting Branson for over 10 years therefore the reason we have purchased the units for our use and to offer to you for rental.  We are not a large corporation so when you contact us you will actually be speaking to the owner.  Thanks for taking the time to consider renting our vacation condo(s) in Branson.
